I learned many years ago that the more "knowns" a business has, the more profitable that business is. The more "unknowns" a business has, the more that business struggles… Usually to the point of no longer being in business.

Having been in the United States Marines for 7 years, we had systems and processes for everything! I was personally in charge of purchasing and tracking millions of dollars in unit assets while active duty. While working in the Contracting Department I developed a CRM that tracked all unit request from requirement to award…It tracked over $200 MILLION in contracts and is used to this day.

In 2014 a business partner and I were flipping contracts (wholesaling) and flipping homes. I built out REI Automation Squad’s first CRM version due to the requirements within our own business. As we joined masterminds within the real estate investing community others were asking what we used and if it was something we offered as service…Offering the CRM to our fellow community began.
